Everything is spot on ! The staff and service is superb

From check in, PK is friendly and accommodative. Helped keep our luggage while we went out before check in time. Even gave us a slightly later check out. Pool facilities & bar was superb. Very clean. Very good staff. The room was to die for. Huge comfortable bed. Bathtub with salt provided. High quality amenities. Breakfast spread was great & delicious. The hotel’s connected to tax free King Power mall and about 15 mins drive to Platinum mall, etc. Overall, I would definitely repeat a stay here

It’d be better if the TV offered netflix or more english channels. The TV did have an option to mirror your phone but it’s only limited to android devices.

I'm ok overall and satisfied, only thing that I don't like was my room was too far, I'm at the far end and the last room in that floor :-(.

We stay here whenever we're in Bangkok. It's clean, comfy, nice surroundings with friendly staff and close to the centre

Bit disappointed with the air conditioning in our room. It took 3 hours for the room to cool down and made it uncomfortable trying to get to sleep.

Bath room is bad and slippery lighting is not maintenances

Modern, spacious room with a great bed. Staff were lovely, pool was great, but the star of the show was the amazing breakfast.

Restaurants and spa were out of our price range sadly.

Well, it’s a decent place to stay. Clean and tidy.

Let me start with the staff. Not as prompt and forthcoming as we had expected. Not a true reflection of what we read in the review. Despite having paid and made much early reservation, they still asked for paper verification of my booking. Unprofessional indeed given today’s technology. Then there’s the breakfast. Lack of spread for a 5 Star hotel. The room has basic amenities but nothing wow about it. The replenishing of the coffee and tea were sparse. Expected more comfy ambience for a 5 star hotel like a fruit basket etc. Gloomy Long walk from the room to the lift lobby vice versa. Once when my Wife and wanted to return to Our hotel from the nearby BTS, we were unnecessarily detoured because they were some Pte functions going on there. As a hotel guest, I thought that was unnecessary. Honestly, I would have acknowledged it as a 4 star hotel and not as rated within. Oh ya, the shuttle service was non existence or maybe there’s just limited information available made to us. Loads of room for improvement to attain a 5 star rating. Am in 2 minds about subscribing to the membership. Thank you.

i liked the food at the hotel . they are really yummy, fresh and healthy. The staffs were friendly and reliable for service. when we stayed at the hotel, the environment was just like our home. thank you

Staffs are very kind. Garden and pool are beautiful. Duty free is right next to the hotel.

Location is not really convenient. Hotel is little bit far from main street.

This hotel encompasses everything the words “great hospitality” should mean. Cost, service & safety are all words that spring to mind, they were attentive and read their guests well. Check in and out was easy and efficient, the room was immaculate, convenient and very user friendly, housekeeping had a personal touch each day and night. The restaurants had a great variety of food and I wish we liked seafood because their daily seafood buffet looked amazing, I am fussy and food choices were excellent and the room service menu. Location was amazing 1-5KM paying 100-200 for Tuk tuks was ideal. Cleanliness was on point throughout the entire establishment and the pool area & lobby provided relaxation spots. King Power Duty Free mall has excellent and very cheap restaurants, we didn’t discover until the last day. Free shuttle to Century World, they have a cheap budget hairdressers on third floor I got keratin here for $40 inc wash/straighten made managing my holiday hair a lot easier, cheap coffee here too.

Spa was expensive

The hotel location and facilities are great(specially its swimming pool). The rooms and lobby are very clean and artistically designed. It has very Kind and professional staff.

The breakfast isn’t worth the money. You can get much better breakfast with same price. The hotel’s restaurants also very pricy.

Everything from the room, bed, balcony and bathroom. Breakfast is delicious with so much choice. The complimentary items a lovely touch with additional fruit, sweets and chocolates left each day. The staff are all happy and helpful. Feeding the fish another bonus.

Nice hotel with comfy pillows. Next to the King Power complex which has a food court on the top floor. Convenient for a quick dinner.

WIFI could be better.

Extra friendly staff, big room, huge swimming pool, great vegetarian food options. Back street has two massage parlours, two local restaurants with cheap amazing local food and is always busy with the locals and three 7/11 shops.

Front entrance is from a very busy road.

Very close to BTS station and free shuttle very convenient to get around Bangkok. Nice hotel. Lovely fresh pastries for breakfast.

Would be nice to have a wider breakfast selection for vegetarians
